Deeply relaxing, this is the manipulation of soft tissue, performed with oils. Massage improves circulation, which increases blood flow, bringing fresh oxygen to body tissues. This can assist in the elimination of toxins from the muscles, speed healing after injury and enhance recovery from disease. Massage also stretches the muscles keeping them supple and pliable, it stimulates the nervous system which in turn can help reduce stress, both emotional and physical.
Pregnancy massage:
A safe relaxing treatment found to reduce stress, relieve many of the effects of pregnancy including headaches, bachache, water retention and other pregnancy related conditons.

Lymphatic drainage massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a highly effective yet gentle technique to stimulate the body's fluid circulation, which can have a profound effect on the energy levels and general health of some clients. The treatment combines massage techniques as well as eastern disciplines of acupressure and energy work and is for anyone of any age.

Indian head massage
Indian head massage is a seated massage of the head, neck, shoulders and arms. This very relaxing treatment can help unlock tension trapped in the muscles, improve blood circulation and give relief headaches and neck and shoulder stiffness.

Ear candles
This is a gentle, treatment used to aid ear nose and throat problems, including sinusitis, rhinitis, sore throats and headaches. The candles produce a suction action, and the movement of the flame creates a vibration in the air in the candle, generating a massage like effect on the eardrum. This induces feelings of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. I combine the candles with a head and neck massage.
